Meet Koda.

Koda is the public face of Instincts Studio. An AI-generated avatar with a story to tell, a camera to point, and zero interest in pretending this is easy. Dark blue-black skin. Hexagonal texture. Electric blue eyes. Koda doesn't look like anyone else because Koda isn't anyone else. He is what happens when a studio decides its identity should be as intentional as its work.He speaks for the studio. He carries the journey. He shows up every week, whether the week was good or not.

Building a movie studio from scratch. In public.

No film school. No industry connections. A full-time job and a belief that the tools exist now to make something real, if you're willing to figure them out openly. That's what Build in Public means here. Not a content strategy. Not a growth hack. A commitment and accountability to showing the actual process, the breakthroughs and the failures, the tools that work and the ones that don't, without cleaning it up first.Every episode documents where we are.

Episode 00 is where it started. It's rough. We know. That's the point.

Each episode covers the real work: AI tools tested, scenes built, decisions made. We name what we use. We say what didn't work. We don't perform expertise we don't have yet. The studios we admire built in the open before building in public was a strategy. We're doing the same thing, just with different tools and a camera that generates its own face.
