The Studio
Instincts Studio is a creative studio built from scratch, with the ambition to produce culture-changing films that will one day be recognized all over the world.
That's not a tagline. That's the plan. We are brand new to this. We are learning film-making, storytelling, distribution, and business strategy at the same time, in public, through trial and error. We have no legacy to protect and no reputation to manage.
What we have is a clear signal and the willingness to follow it all the way.
The Team
Right now, Instincts Studio is two.
Brice is the human behind it all. The founder, the student, the one showing up every day to figure this out.
Koda is our AI avatar, the public face of the journey, and the character carrying the Build in Public story forward. He shows up in every episode, every week.
Behind them, a team of AI agents handles research, writing support, creative support, and operations. Invisible but essential.
How about you? We want real people to join this adventure too. The studio was never meant to be built alone.
How We Work
We don't want to go fast.
We want to build strong.
Every step is intentional. Every decision gets examined. We are not racing to a finished product. We are building an institution, one project, one lesson, one community member at a time.
This is also a side project. Brice has a full-time job and a full life outside this studio. There are no shortcuts here and no illusions about it. What there is, is discipline. One brick at a time. A little more, every single day, no matter what. That's the only way we know how to build something that lasts.
We are also deeply open to feedback. Constructive, honest, direct. If you see something we're missing, tell us. We mean that.
The Early Days
These are the early days. We know it. We're not pretending otherwise. We are focused on building: the content, the audience, the craft, the community. At our own pace, without compromise.
